Meet our clinical director

We believe that every stage of life deserves compassion, connection, and emotional support.

Aging can bring major life changes, including loss, health concerns, isolation, and stress. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where older adults can openly talk, heal, and regain a sense of peace and balance.

Through virtual counseling, we help make mental health care easier to access for individuals and families throughout Washington State.
